Reads only what's already public on the Trustpilot review page you're viewing.
Your exported CSV goes straight to your own device — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

What this extension does

Trustpilot Reviews Exporter to CSV reads publicly visible review data from pages you load at trustpilot.com/review/* and lets you export it to a CSV file on your own device. That's its entire function.

What data it accesses

Trustpilot review page content. While you're on a company's Trustpilot review page, the extension reads the reviews rendered on that page and on subsequent pages you choose to collect — review text and title, star rating, published and experience dates, author display name, verification status, and any business reply. All of it is data Trustpilot already shows publicly to anyone who loads that page. The extension does not access any Trustpilot account you're signed into, nor anything outside trustpilot.com/review/* pages.

Subscription status. The extension uses a third-party billing service, ExtensionPay, to check whether you've purchased Pro and to process payment if you choose to upgrade. ExtensionPay — via its processor, Stripe — handles anything you enter at checkout directly; this extension never receives or stores your payment details, only a paid/free status flag.

What data it stores

Your paid/free status is cached locally in chrome.storage.local so the extension doesn't need to check the server on every page load. This stays on your device.
Review rows you export are written directly to a CSV file that downloads to your computer. The extension does not upload, transmit, or retain a copy of your exported data anywhere.

What this extension does not do

Track your browsing outside trustpilot.com/review/
Collect analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics
Sell, share, or transmit your exported review data to any third party
Require an account or sign-in to use the free tier

Third parties

The only third-party service involved is ExtensionPay (billing and payment processing for the optional Pro upgrade). See ExtensionPay's privacy policy for how they handle payment information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a new "last updated" date.
